Delivery & Return Policy

 

You benefit from free delivery on all orders within Belgium above €50. For orders below €50, you pay €3.90 delivery fees.

On weekdays, orders are delivered between 09:00 and 17:00. If you order before 17:00 from Monday to Thursday, your order will be dispatched within three working days. When you place an order, you will receive a link from our logistics partner, Packhelp, so that you can easily track your package.

Failed delivery attempt / What should I do if I miss my delivery?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a “Track and trace” email which will allow you to track your order. We recommend that you do this so that you are present when your order is delivered.

We will attempt to deliver your item twice. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and cancelled.
Orders that are cancelled due to being returned to our warehouse will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges.

Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

Deliveroo Packaging operates exclusively under a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. Therefore, all purchases made through our platform are considered commercial transactions.

As such, no right of withdrawal or return applies under consumer protection laws. Orders placed for customized, branded, or made-to-order packaging are final and non-refundable once production has commenced.

Returns will only be accepted in the following exceptional cases:

  • The goods are defective or damaged upon delivery; or

  • The goods delivered do not match the order confirmed by the Seller.

In such cases, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence and order details. The Seller reserves the right to inspect or request the return of the defective goods before issuing any credit or replacement.

Any approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order.
